Job Opening for SunSystems Technical Support

The SunSystems Technical Support will be responsible for providing support and installation of Infor SunSystems, a state-of-the-art accounting system. You will work closely with customer’s IT and Finance Group during Project Implementations and also work/coordinate with Infor Support for new version upgrades.

Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for the installation and configuration of Infor SunSystems. • Provide on-site or remote support for client service request calls. • Coordinate with principal regarding SunSystem version upgrades, customer enhancement request. • Assist in product demonstrations for potential clients during sales calls. • Project management and coordination with responsible parties throughout the course of project implementation • Provide off hour support for production environments and escalations • Support software upgrades and releases

Qualifications: • BS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline relevant to functional area or • BS Accounting Graduates with strong computer knowledge. • At least 1 year experience in using SunSystems version 4 and up. • Strong oral and written communication skills, with a proven ability to write technical documents • Knowledgeable in installing Windows 2008 Server and above, Microsoft SQL server, Microsoft Excel. • Good Knowledge of Computer Networking and Domain Controller setup is a plus.
