OUR COMPANY
PROFILE
Courtesy Point Technologies, Inc. (CPTI) was incorporated on February 5,
2003. It is focused in providing Information Technology solutions and services
to the growing leisure industry. We are a very dynamic I.T. company who has the
capability to respond to the IT needs of hotels, clubs, entertainment centers,
serviced apartments and restaurants. As a one-stop shop for hospitality
solutions, CPTI offers cost-effective software and reliable support to its
customers.
The company started
operation in 2004 with two employees, one for sales and one for technical
support. Today, we have a total of 15 regular employees, 10 of which belong to
the Technical Support team. For the first two years of our operation, we were
able to capture a good number of major hotels and country clubs in the
Philippines who switched to our solutions. In 2006, we were voted as the Vendor
with the Best Customer Support by an IT organization.
We shall continue to
strive and differentiate ourselves from our competitors by delivering five-star
solutions and services that will exceed customer expectations and establish
long-term customer relationships.
OUR
PEOPLE
Consisting of people
who are accomplished IT professionals in the Hospitality industry, CPTI shall
market, sell and support state-of-the-art solutions that are aligned and
consistent with its clients’ business objectives.
Susan M.
Reyes, with her 20 years of experience as IT Head in hotels and Operations Head
in an IT software company, is the President and majority shareholder of the
company. Ably supporting Susan is the Vice President, Joaquin R. Martinez, who
is bringing with him his extensive hotel experience and a number of years as
Sales Manager with the leading POS vendor. Omar Olorosisimo, as the Technical
Support Manager, also worked for several years with a POS Vendor and with the
leading international IT company as Technical Engineer.
